About Our Shoppe
| The Costume Shoppe stepped into 2006 with an explosion of new adventures. After 25 years of being an icon at 224 Broadway, the owner decided to move to a new location. Only a few blocks away and to a much larger space with plenty of parking and easy access! The Costume Shoppe continues to work with colleges, theatres, film, the opera and dance companies creating costumes and props. We have an ever growing inventory for production rentals and now have a middle school size version of Beauty and the Beast ready for rental. More and more customers are coming to the shoppe needing costumes designed and created, and the artists are excited for the opportunity, and recently we have moved AGAIN! Now at 32 North Lexington Ave. in the heart of historic downtown Asheville, the new Shoppe is even more accessible and fun to visit than ever before! Whatever your costuming requirements may be, from a small make up accessory to outfitting a complete theatrical production, The Costume Shoppe is eager to serve you. |
